Thanks to your support of the International Response Fund in 2009, the Red Cross helped change the lives of millions around the world. We helped more than 7 million people through disaster preparedness, response and recovery activities. We protected 118 million people against measles, malaria and/or HIV/AIDS. We reconnected 864 families separated by international war and disaster. And we educated 10000 people in the United States about international humanitarian law.
